OUTES was established in 2006, specializing in sales, R&D and manufacturing air conditioner, Cooling & Heating heat pump, Hot Water heat pump, Swimming Pool heat pump, Commercial heat pump, Fan Coils, Air Ventilation Unit, Water Purification Equipment and Pressure Water Tank.
OUTES industry park has 500,000㎡ with 600+ R & D engineers, 3,000 employees, and the annual production capacity is 500,000 pcs. OUTES has its own enamel water tank factory, PCB production factory, drinking water appliances manufacturing factory, air ventilation equipment manufacturing factory. We have world-class production lines and on-line testing equipment. 90% of components are made independently. We have own heat ex-changers workshop, metal punching workshop, copper tube pre-assembly workshop and coating workshop.
OUTES intelligent laboratories approved by CNAS, TUV and BV. The test building covered 8,000㎡ with 65 laboratories. The labs test items include Enthalpy test , Low Ambient test, Noises test, Safety test, Reliability test, Water-Spray test, Transportation & stress test, etc... The test capacity range can be from 1HP to 200HP, the ambient temperature can be from -45℃-55℃。
OUTES has a good reputation in domestic market. With over 3,000 distributors, 1000 After-sales Service Center and 10 regional warehouse all over China. OUTES is the Strategic partner of China Space and China High-speed Railway. OUTES is experienced to offer integrated solutions for Cooling, Heating, Hot Water, Air ventilation and Water Purification for the hotel, University, factory, mine field, residential building, commercial building and etc.

ZHEJIANG ZHONGGUANG ELECTRICAL CO.,LTD has established five R&D centers in Lishui, Ningbo, Foshan, Hangzhou, and Shanghai, with over 450 R&D technical personnel.
